LEAD Tennessee is a leadership program for employees of the State of TN. We helped this talented group celebrate their achievements with water colors and paint! The words written on the canvases are reflective of the core competencies of the LEAD Tennessee program. The mandalas, created with pencil and watercolor, contain shapes that serve as unique visual representations of these core competencies for each participant.
