Staff of Big Brothers Big Sisters Middle Tennessee gathered to create this one-of-a-kind group mural, inspired by the street artist, Thank You X.
Each employee used various shapes, lines and patterns to design their cube: one side representing the role of the Big (the mentor), and one side representing the role of the Little (the mentee). Individually, each cube represents the empowering relationship between the Little and the Big and the BBBS organization. Various images, shapes and lines symbolize the continuous flow of nurture and growth amongst the three.
Collectively, this mural of cubes shows the power of community - when these individual cubes are placed together, the impact of the combined image becomes exponential.
